Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on purchases of $100 or more anywhere in Canada. For purchases under $100, a flat fee of $9.99 will be added for delivery in Quebec and Ontario. For other Canadian provinces, the charge is $14.99.

Delivery Timelines
​
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for deliveries in Quebec and Ontario, and 5 to 7 business days for deliveries to other Canadian provinces. Please note that these times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We deliver our products to every provinces in Canada. If your delivery destination is not listed, please contact us to inquire about shipping availability to your area.

Order Tracking

We offer order tracking to allow you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address during the order. If the provided address is incorrect, Ali & Robi cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or order losses.

Receiving the Order

Return and Refund
At Ali & Robi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have the right to return a product purchased from Ali & Robi within 30 days of receiving your order, under certain conditions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging. The following items cannot be returned:​

Return Process
​
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service at info@alietrobi.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Carefully package the item with all original accessories.

Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation in the package.

Ship the package to the provided address with the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Return Costs
​
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error in delivering the item or for defective products. In such cases, we will cover the return costs.

Refunds
​
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect its condition and process the refund. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.

Exchanges
​
We do not accept direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
